Section 33: Regulations.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Sheep and Sheep Products Development Board Act, 1979Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 9 of 1979

(1) The Board may with the previous approval of the Government make regulations not inconsistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder for the administration of the Board.

(2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely :––

(a) salaries and allowances and conditions of the service of the employee of the Board ;

(b) time and places of and the procedure in regard to the transaction of business in the meeting of the Board ;

(c) any other matter for which provision is to be or may be made in the regulations.
