The Board shall comprise the Minister Incharge (Sheep Husbandry) as ex officio Chairman, the Minister of State or the Deputy Minister, if any, as ex officio Vice-Chairman and such other official members not exceeding seven, two members from the Legislative Assembly [x x x x] and three non-official representatives, two from Wool Growers and one from Wool Processors, as may be nominated by the Government.
