Section 1: Short title, extent and com-mencement.

The Jammu and Kashmir State Town Planning Act, 1963Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 20 of 1963

(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir State Town Planning Act, 1963.

(2) It shall extend to the [whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
