Section 12: Allowances to non-official members

The Jammu and Kashmir Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2021Central Rules · 2014

The non-official members shall be entitled to a seating fee as may be decided by the Municipality. In case of non-quorum meeting, fifty per cent of the sitting fee shall be paid to such members who have attended such non-quorum meeting.
