Section 4: Constitution of Town Vending Committee

The Jammu and Kashmir Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2021Central Rules · 2014

(1) There shall be constituted a Town Vending Committee in each Municipality by the Government.

(2) The Town Vending Committee shall have its permanent office at the space allotted by the local authority.
