Section 1: Short title and commencement.

The Jammu and Kashmir Water Resources (Regulation and Management) Act, 2010Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 21 of 2010

(1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Water Resources (Regulation and Management) Act, 2010.

[(2) It shall come into force from such date as the Government may by notification in the Government Gazette appoint :]

Provided that different dates may be appointed for different provisions or Chapters of this Act.
