Section 95: Ceiling on allocation of water.

The Jammu and Kashmir Water Resources (Regulation and Management) Act, 2010Union territory Act of Jammu and Kashmir · Act 21 of 2010

The Authority shall fix the minimum and maximum ceiling of water to be allocated to a user for––

(a) generation of electricity (hydro-electric project) ;

(b) irrigation of land ;

(d) exploration of ground water ; and

(e) utilization of water for other purposes.
