Section 12: The Executive Council.

The Jawaharlal Nehru University Act, 1966Central Act · Act 53 of 1966

(1) The Executive Council shall be the executive body of the University, and its constitution and the terms of office of its members, other than ex officio members, shall be prescribed by the Statutes.

(2) It shall be in charge of the general management and administration (including the revenue and property) of the University.
