Section 21: Authorities of the University:

Amity University Act, 2016State Act of Jharkhand · 2016

The following shall be the authorities of the University:

(a) The Governing Body

(b) The Board of Management

(d) The Finance Committee

(e) The Planning Board

(f) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
