Section 22: Notice and register of periods of work

(1) Every employer shall exhibit to his industrial premises a notice in Form IV specifying clearly the daily hours of work, intervals for rest and weekly holiday allowed to the employees or, as the case may be, to each class of employees.

(2) Every employer shall maintain a register showing the hours actually worked including overtime in Form V.
