Section 30: Payment of wages to a home-worker

Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968State Rules of Jharkhand · 1966

Where raw materials supplied to a home-worker at his home, the wages due to him shall be paid at his home;

Provided that an Inspector may, if he considers it expedient so to do circumstances of any case, specify, in respect of any home-workers at other place or places at which wages shall be paid.
