Section 4: Applications for renewal

Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968State Rules of Jharkhand · 1966

(1) Every application for renewal of a license under section 4 shall be made in Form I. The application shall be accompanied by the following documents, namely:-

(a) the license sought to be renewed;

(b) the treasury receipt showing that the appropriate fee for the renewal of the license specified in rule 8 has been paid.

(2) The application together with the documents specified in sub-rule (2) shall be sent by registered post or delivered by hand under acknowledgement to the competent authority.

(3) The provisions of sub-rule (4) of rule 3 shall, so far as may be apply to an application made under this rule.
