Section 5: Construction of reference to Cooperative Societies Act, 1912 in enactments

The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935State Act of Jharkhand · Act 6 of 1935

All references to the Cooperative Societies Act, 1912 (2 of 1912) occurring in any enactment made by any authority in India and for the time being in force in the State of Bihar 2 [x x x] shall, in the application of such enactment to the said States be construed as references to this Act.
