Section 4: Procedure for the conduct of other business

The Federation shall determine the procedure for the conduct of its business in respect of other matters;

Provided that –

(i) all decision shall be taken by a majority of votes and in the case of an equality of votes the President shall have a second or casting vote; and

(ii) every proposal in a meeting shall be duly seconded.
