Section 27: Offences under the Act, to be cognizable

THE BIHAR PROHIBITION ACT, 1938. (Bihar Act VI of 1938)State Act of Jharkhand · Act 3 of 1938

All offences under this Act, shall be cognizable, and subject to the provisions of this Act, the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898) 1, with respect to cognizable offences shall apply to them.
