Section 110: Reshoring

The Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Jharkhand Rules, 2006State Rules of Jharkhand · 1996

The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that - 53

(a) reshoring used in concreting work is provided to a slab or beam for its safe support after its stripping or where such slab or beam is subjected to superimposed loads due to construction above such slab or beam ;

(b) the provisions applicable to shoring in concreting work under this chapter shall also be applicable to reshoring in such work.
