Section 114: Method of operation

The Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Jharkhand Rules, 2006State Rules of Jharkhand · 1996

The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that debris, bricks and other materials or articles are removed-

(i) by means of chutes ;

(ii) by means of buckets or hoists;

(iii) through openings in the floors ; or

(iv) by any other safe means.
