Section 185: Formwork, false work and shoring

The Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Jharkhand Rules, 2006State Rules of Jharkhand · 1996

The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that-

(a) formwork and false work are so designed, constructed and maintained that such formwork and false work support the load that may be imposed on them ;

(b) such formwork is so erected that working platform, means of access, bracing, means of handling and establishing could easily be fixed with such formwork.
