Section 25: Circumstances in which application for registration may be rejected

The Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Jharkhand Rules, 2006State Rules of Jharkhand · 1996

(i) If an application for registration is not complete in all respects, the registering officer shall require the employer to amend the application so as to make it complete in all respects.

(2) If the employer, on being required by the registering officer to amend his application for registration, omits or fails to do so, the registering officer shall rejects the application for registration.
