Section 28: Fee

The Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Jharkhand Rules, 2006State Rules of Jharkhand · 1996

(1) The fees to be paid for the grant of a certificate of registration under rule 24 shall be as specified below, namely: - If the number of workers proposed to be employed as building workers, for a building or other construction work on one day.

(a) Is less than 50 Rs. 100.00

(b) Exceeds 50 but does not exceed 100 Rs. 250.00

(c) Exceeds 100 but does not exceed 250 Rs. 500.00

(d) Exceeds 250 but does not exceed 500 Rs. 1000.00

(e) Exceeds 500 Rs. 2000.00 Penality ;- If the application for registration is not submitted within the time limit specified in sub-rule (1) of the rule 23, a penality at the rate of 25 per cent shall be levied.
