Section 296: Expenditure from the Fund

The Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Jharkhand Rules, 2006State Rules of Jharkhand · 1996

(1) All expenses for the administration of the fund, fees and allowances of the Directors of the Board, Salaries, Leave Salaries, Joining time pay, Traveling Allowance, Compensatory Allowances, Charges Allowances, Pension contribution and other benefits of personnel expenses, for the legitimate needs of the Board and the stationery expenses shall be met from the Administrative Account of the Fund.

(2) The amounts incurred by the Government for the administration of the fund shall be treated as a loan, which shall be repaid from the Administrative Account.
