The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that every ramp has a slope nor exceeding one in four and the total rise of a continuous ramp used by building workers carrying material or using wheel-barrows does not exceed three point seven metres, unless broken by horizontal landing of at least one point two metres in length or as provided in accordance with the relevant national standards.
