Section 21: Power to make rule retrospectively

The State Government shall make rules with retrospective effect but the State shall not make such rules prior to the date of inforcement of this Act, and shall not put into force any such rules retrospectively that may adversely affect any person for whom they are applicable.

22. Execution of Orders/Judgements-

(a) The tribunal shall, be deemed to be a court within the meaning of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971.

(b) have all the powers under Civil Procedure Code for executing any of its orders/directions and judgements.
