All petitions to be filed before the Commission shall be typewritten or printed neatly and legibly on one side of white paper and every page shall be consecutively numbered. The contents of the petition shall be divided appropriately into separate paragraphs, which shall be numbered serially. The petition shall be accompanied by such authenticated documents, listed serially and marked as Annexure alphabetically in capital letters along with supporting data and statements.
