Section 23: Register of tickets issued

Jharkhand Entertainment Tax Rules, 2013State Rules of Jharkhand · 2012

(1) Every Assessee/Proprietor shall keep and maintain a true and correct account of the issue of tickets in a bound register in Form JENT-303. An account of the issue of season tickets shall be kept in FormJENT-304.

(2) Entries in respect of each show in the register prescribed in sub-rule (1) shall be completed within an hour of the scheduled time of the start of the show.
