Section 27: Payment of tax by the Assessee/Proprietor

Jharkhand Entertainment Tax Rules, 2013State Rules of Jharkhand · 2012

Every Assessee/Proprietor shall, pay the full amount of tax due from him in respect of the week on the next day of beginning of the week, for which the payment falls due:

Provided that the prescribed authority in rule 3(g), for the reason to be recorded in writing may direct any Assessee/Proprietor to pay in respect of any period an amount of tax less than a week at such interval as may be specified in the order and he may likewise at any time, modify or revoke such order.
