Section 33: Notice of hearing

Jharkhand Entertainment Tax Rules, 2013State Rules of Jharkhand · 2012

The notice of hearing for purpose of sub-section (4) of section 12 or section 13 or section 14 or section 20 shall be in Form JENT-401.

The prescribed authority shall fix a date, ordinarily not less than fifteen days from the date of issue of the notice for producing such accounts and other evidences as it may require and for considering any objection which the Assessee/Proprietor may prefer.
