Section 18: Amicus Curiae

The Jharkhand Family Courts Rules, 2018State Rules of Jharkhand · 1984

(i) The Judge of Family court, in appropriate cases may appoint any advocate, having experience of not less than 7 (Seven) years, as Amicus Curiae for assisting the Court.

(ii) The Amicus Curiae shall be entitled to such fee as is payable to Legal Services Panel Lawyers as per JHALSA Regulation.
