Section 16: Collection of fee in rcspect of Private investment Project

Jharkhand Highways Fee (Determination of Rates & Collection) Rules, 2011State Rules of Jharkhand · 2004

(1) The fee levied under the provisions of sub-rule (3) of rule 3 shall be collected by the concessionaire till its agreement is in force.

(2) On and fiom the date of expiry of the agreement specified rmder sub-rule

(3) of rule 3, the fee levied shall be collected by the Govemment or the executing authority, as the case may be.
