Section 19: Power to remove difficulties

Jharkhand Highways Fee (Determination of Rates & Collection) Rules, 2011State Rules of Jharkhand · 2004

If any difficulty arises in giving efflect to the provisions of the said rules, State Government, may by notification in ttre gazattr., make such order not inconsistent with the provisions of the said rule as may appear to it to be necessaDr or expedient for the removal of the difficulty.

?0. Interprctation :- If any question arises relating to the intorpretation ofthese rules, it shall be referred to the Govemment.
