(d) a copy of the plans showing the nature and location of the highway work concerned in relation to the lands assessed to betterment levy, 13' Dato on which betterment charges shatl be payable: under $eetion,47',- The.benarment charges Ehall b'e payable, within ninety days from the date of the communication of the order made und6r Section 42 or the date of the decision of the Court under Section 44, as the case may be.
74. Payment of betternnent charges hy installrnEnts under proviso to section 47- "
