1) धारा-4 मD अUत4व@Nट Bकसी बात के होत ेहुए भी ऐसा �iयेक मा�लक िजसने इस अ1ध6नयम के �ारंभ होने क= ता[रख से पवु@ प[रसरF मD �लEट या एHकेलेटर का अ1धNठापन Bकया है वह इसके �भावी होने के दो माह क= अव1ध के भीतर ऐसे �लEट या एHकेलेटर के 6नबधंन के �लए आवेदन करेगा;

2) ऐसे आवेदन पर धारा-4 क= उपधारा-(2), (3) एव ं(4) के उपबधं लाग ूहFगे;
