Section 8: Nodal :l.gency

JSERC (open access inter state transmission & distribution) regulation 2005State Regulations of Jharkhand · 2003

(i) The nodal agency tor arranging the long term transmission/ distribution access shall be the State Transmission Utility or the Transmission Licensee or the Distribution Licensees whose system is used or is to be used for such long-term access.

(ii) The nodal agency for the short-term access shall _be the State Load Despatch Centre.
