Section 1: Short title, Commencement and Object

JSERC (State advisory committee) Regulation 2003State Regulations of Jharkhand · 2003

(1) These Regulations may be called the "Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission-State Advisory Committee Regulations, 2003".

(2) The object of these Regulations are:-

(a) to formulate the objectives for the State Advisory Committee to the Commission.

(b) to facilitate procedures in the formation of the State Advisory Committee for the Commission, selection of members and the area of interest they should represent etc.

(c) to formulate regulations for the conduct of business of the advisory Committee.

(3) These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Jharkhand Government Gazette.
