7.1 The increase in Dearness Allowance (DA) shall be· price indexed.

7.2 The Commission shall follow a process of benchmarking, comparing performance of the Petitioner over a periodof time and with respect to its counterparts in other States.

7.3 The employee productivity (employee cost per unit of sale or any other indicator) shall be brought up to the all India average within a span of years that would be determined by the Commission separately. ·
