Section 10: Appointment of members of staff of Board and conditions of their service

Jharkhand Khadi and Village Industries Act, 1956 (Adopted)State Act of Jharkhand · Act 4 of 2002

(1) The Board may subject to the approval of the State Government, appoint such number of officers and servants as it may consider necessary.

(2) The remuneration, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and servants of the Board shall be such as may be determined by regulations made by the Board.
