Section 18: Supplementary programme

The Board may prepare and forward as supplementary programme for the sanction of the State Government in such form and before such date as may be prescribed and the provisions of Section 17 shall apply to such supplementary programme.

19. Transfer of property– The State Government may transfer to the Board, Buildings, lands or any other property, movable or immovable, for the use of and management by the Board on such conditions as the State Government may impose for the purposes of this Act.
