Section 15: REVISION

i) Any person aggrieved by an order passed in an appeal under these rules/by an order passed by the Deputy Commissioner under rule 11(v) may file an application for revision/appeal as the case may be before the Mines Commissioner Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary), Thursday, 1st February, 2018 9 within Thirty (30) days from the date of communication of such order in prescribed Form.

ii) Every revision/appeal application shall be accompanied with a fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) or an amount as notified from time to time by the department to be deposited online through JIMMS.

iii) The Mines Commissioner may, for sufficient reasons to be recorded in writing, condone the delay in submission of revision/appeal application.
