The Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017State Rules of Jharkhand · 1957

In any special case, the Department of Industries, Mines & Geology may issue clarification regarding these rules, if necessary, in the interest of mineral development.
