Section 37: Registers

Jharkhand Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Rules, 2019State Rules of Jharkhand · 1988

(1) The Claims Tribunal shall maintain in addition to all registers required to be maintained by a court of Additional District Judge in Jharkhand, the following registers:- i. Register for applications for interim award on principle of no fault liability;

ii. Register for deposit of payments in the Tribunal through cheques, etc.

(2) Claim petitions on the ground of death, permanent disability, injury and damage to property shall be entered in a separate register.
