Ayu.-192/2016 Ranchi, dated- N O T I F I C A T I O N The Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988) has been further amended vide Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Central Act 32 of 2019) dated: 09.08.2019. The said amendment has been enacted by Notification No. S.O.3110(E), dated: 28.08.2019 and S.O.3147(E), dated: 30.08.2019 to curb traffic offences.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 200 of the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019 the Government of Jharkhand hereby specifies compounding fees as follows:
1 This Notification shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
