Section 135: Manner of filing objections to the proposal of a scheme

The Jharkhand Motor Vehicles Rules, 2001State Rules of Jharkhand · 1988

Any person, association or authority desiring to file any objection to the proposal of a scheme or to the modification of approved scheme shall do so in the form of a memorandum addressed to the Secretary to the State Government in Transport Department.The memorandum shall set forth concisely the grounds for the objections to the scheme, and shall in addition contain the following particulars namely- The Jharkhand Motor Vehicles Rules, 2001 87

(a) the name and address of the objector;

(b) whether the said person is a holder of any permit or permits under the provisions of Chapter-V of the Act, together with particulars of the route or routes or area specified in such permits;

(c) the manner in which the objector is affected by the scheme;

(d) details of any alternative route or area for which he desires to have permit in accordance with sub-section (2) of Section 105.
