Section 165: Ventilation

The Jharkhand Motor Vehicles Rules, 2001State Rules of Jharkhand · 1988

Every public service shall be provided with adequate means of ventilation so that there shall be proper ventilation even when the windows, are not opened. If the vehicle is provided with opening windows, suitable provisions shall also be made so that the opening of the windows could be adjusted.
