Every contract carriage other than a motor-cab and a maxi cab shall carry in a prominent place on the front of the vehicle a distinguishing board in the regional language or in English with letters a 'CONTRACT CARRIAGE' painted in black on white background. The height and the thickness of each letter shall be not less than 65 mm and 15 mm respectively.
