Section 187: Other authorities or person under Chapter-VIII of the Act

The Jharkhand Motor Vehicles Rules, 2001State Rules of Jharkhand · 1988

The officers mentioned in column 2 of the following Appendix for the purposes of the provisions specified against them in column 3 of the Appendix shall be the authorities authorised or empowered, as the case may be, for the said purposes.
