Section 207: Restriction on carriage of dangerous substances

The Jharkhand Motor Vehicles Rules, 2001State Rules of Jharkhand · 1988

Notwithstanding any other action which may be taken under the Act or under any other law for the time being in force for contravention of any condition for carriage of inflammable or explosive, substances, any police officer or any officer of the Motor Vehicles Department, in uniform, may remove or cause to be removed from the vehicle, any inflammable, explosive or dangerous substance carried in any public service vehicle.
