Section 210: Attendant

The Jharkhand Motor Vehicles Rules, 2001State Rules of Jharkhand · 1988

(1) In every transport vehicle other than a motor-cab, maxi-cab or a private service vehicle, there shall be an attendant who shall be in such position as to give warning to the driver of any vehicle approaching from the year.

(2) Attendant carried on the trailer shall also be responsible to apply the brakes of the trailer.

(3) The age of any such attendant shall not be less than 20 years.
