Section 218: Prohibition of attachment of trailer to certain vehicles

The Jharkhand Motor Vehicles Rules, 2001State Rules of Jharkhand · 1988

No motor vehicle which exceeds 792 centimeters, in length shall draw a trailer:

Provided that this rule shall not apply to any disabled motor vehicle being towed in consequence of disablement.
