Section 232: Examination of applicant

The Jharkhand Motor Vehicles Rules, 2001State Rules of Jharkhand · 1988

On receiving an application under Rule 226, the Claims Tribunal may examine the applicant upon oath, and the substance of such examination shall be reduced in writing and shall be signed by the member constituting the Tribunal or as the case may be, the Chairman.
