Section 36: Change of address

The Jharkhand Motor Vehicles Rules, 2001State Rules of Jharkhand · 1988

(1) If the holder of a conductor's licence ceases to reside at the address recorded in the conductor's licence, he shall, within thirty days of any such change of address, intimate, his new address, to the licensing authority by which the licence was issued and, if the new address is within the jurisdiction of another Licensing Authority to that other Licensing Authority.

(2) Upon the receipt of such intimation, if it is not the licensing authority by which the licence was issued, the licensing authority shall intimate the change of address to that authority.
